Stone Jars

Everyone likes textures and there are plenty of way creating textured surfaces. This is my share!



I worked with two traditional terracotta jars and made them to look like the old stone ones. At least, I hope they look like that!

Apple Blossom Jug

It was a very plain zink jug, which I wanted to transform into something more interesting and pleasant to look at. I added images of blossoming branches of apple tree with subtle variation of colour and delicate craquelure. Now I am very pleased with the result - lovely jug which can be used as a vase.
